FLU CLINICS 2020

We will be running flu clinics on 3rd, 10th & 17th October. All those eligible will receive a letter in the post with an appointment date and time slot. Please remember to bring your letter with you to the clinic as we will not be able to administer your vaccine without this letter. If you cannot attend your given appointment, please let us know and we can book you an alternative appointment.

Test Results

When you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and call the surgery once sufficient time has passed. The default is that we do not contact patients if your results are normal. We will contact you if the doctor has requested a follow-up appointment. Please note that routine appointments can be up to a 2 week wait. If the doctor has marked your result as urgent we will endeavour to see you within 5 days.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
